In 351Hijree Ma’aza ad-Daulah ie Ahmad bin Buwaiyyah ad-Dailaamee wrote the following statement on the Door of the Grand Mosque of Baghdaad, (we seek refuge in Allaah)

“May the curse of Allah be upon Mu’awiyyah bin Abu Sufyaan, the oppressive who denied Fatima the garden of Fidak, the one who denied Hasan being buried with his grandfather, the one who exiled Abu Dharr and the one who expelled al-Abbaas from the Shoora (council).”

Ma’aza ad-Daulah on the 18th of Dhul-Hijjah 351H announced it to be a day of Eed in Baghdaad and called it the day of ‘Eed Khum Ghadeer’ drums were beaten and there were a lot of festivities.

Controversy persists with regards to choosing this day, some say this day was chosen because on this day the Messenger of Allaah (Sallaalahu Alayhee Wasallam) at his last person near the pond of Khum Ghadeer appointed Alee (RadhiAllaahu Anhu) as his successor however some Shee’ah Raafidhah chose this day as it was the date Uthmaan ibn Affaan (RadhiAllaahu Anhu) was martyred and hence Shee’ah Raafidhah formulated this date as a day of happiness and Eed.

Ma’aza ad-Daulah ie Ahmad bin Buwaiyyah ad-Dailaamee set this up in 351H and since then the Shee’ah Raafidhah have pushed and believe this Eed ie of Ghadeer Khum is more superior and more important than Eed ul-Adha.

In the beginning of 352H Ahmad bin Buwaiyyah ordered the people that on the 10th of Muharram we will mourn the death and martyrdom of Hussain (RadhiAllaahu Anhu) and hence on this day all the shops will be closed and no transactions or business will take place. The people from the towns and villages will wear clothes indicating mourning and will openly lament and grief. The women will have to open their hair, blacken their faces, rip their clothes, walk and parade the streets whilst reciting tragic, sad, depressive, pitiful and lamentable poems and couplets whilst also hitting their faces and chest.

So the Shee’ah Raafidhah did this openly and jubilantly. After all it was the Shee’ah Raafidhah responsible for the deaths of Hussain (RadhiAllaahu Anhu) and his family and hence they had more of a reason to lament as history testifies. Therefore lamenting at their own sin and mistake was not problematic for them and also on the basis that Ubaidullaah ibn Ziyaads army who was the Governor of Koofah was compromised of the same koofee Shee’ah Raafidhah who had invited Hussain (RadhiAllaahu Anhu) to come to koofah and promised their loyalty and their pledge of allegiance. In the same manner they got Muslim ibn Aqeel killed and proved treacherous and liars and hence this is the reason why they mourn, ie because they killed Hussain (RadhiAllaahu Anhu)

Ahlus Sunnah Wal-Jama’ah refrained from this and kept themselves away from the Shee’ah Raafidhah as the ministers and local officials were Shee’ah Raafidhah. In the following year 353H the same morning and lamenting was ordered and the Sunnis were instructed to do the same which consequently led to troubles and turmoil between the Sunni and Shee’ahs.

From there on the Shee’ah Raafidhah continued the annual practice of lamenting and mourning and this practice continues today in all the Muslims countries and has even spread to the west as we see often, in Europe, England and USA. In some Muslims countries the Soofee bareilwis mostly bareilwee soofee hanafees are so beguiled that they also join and participate in such mourning and lamenting and follow in the footsteps of the Shee’ah Raafidhah without realising what they are actually doing and so falling prey to the confusion and misguidance of the Shee’ah Raafidhah by their false love and extremism for Hussain (RadhiAllaahu Anhu) and the Prophets Family (May Allaah be pleased with them all) (Refer to Taareekh Islaam 2/566 of Najeebabaadee)

Ma’aza ad-Daulah ie Ahmad bin Buwaiyyah ad-Dailaamee was a bigoted staunch Shee’ah Raafidhah and he and others were ministers in the Abbassid Khaliphate in Baghdaad. Initially he was quiet and observant and later he manifested his true bigotry and extremism in his shee’ism. Many of the Abbaasid ministers and officials were Shee’ah Raafidhah but they were hidden and never openly manifested their beliefs. Ahmad ibn Buwaiyyah intended to crush and weaken the Khaliphate and push the ideology of Raafidhah Shee’ism in Baghdaad which he started in 351H by writing on the doors of the Grand Mosque of Baghdaad,

(Refer to Taareekh Ibn Atheer 8/179)

The Khaliph at the time attempted was unable to halt the spreading of this innovation. The Sunnis would erase the wording from the doors of the mosque but the next day Ahmad bin Buwaiyyah would we-write them. One of Ahmad bin Buwaiyyahs close advisers advised him to add the words, “Mu’awiyyah the oppressor of the Household of Muhammad.” So the cursing and abusing of Mu’awiyyah started and then became the norm.

Ma’aza ad-Daulah ie Ahmad bin Buwaiyyah ad-Dailaamee instigated this further and pushed this concepts vividly throughout Baghdaad and the surrounding areas including villages and other area. He pushed this third Eed and in this way it got incorporated as a permissible muslim festival and a day of joy and happiness.

For 10th Muharram ie Ashoora he forbade all business and the closure of all shops. He ordered the people to wear a specific type of hat and to lament and mourn and for the women to do things we have mentioned previously. He ordered processions through the streets with the people in the processions lamenting and mourning and this is what is continuous to this day. (refer to Taareekh Ibn Atheer 8/184, Taareekh Islaam 4/12-13 of Ma’een ud deen Ahmad)

Over the years these processions increased in their extravagance and extremism, the men started beating themselves with knives and other sharp metal instruments causing bleeding and pain and similarly the women would do the same trying to resemble the women at karbala by opening their hair and dishevelling them, beating their chests and ripping their clothes. They started to wear black clothes as sign of mourning. Without realising this was and is a direct insult and rebuking of the beloved pious household of the Messenger of Allaah (Sallaalahu Alayhee Wasallam), who would never to anything contrary to the teachings of Islaam and the Sunnah.

The Raafidhah Shee’ah allege all of these false things to our Ahlul Bayt, can you imagine Zainab (RadhiAllaahu Anhu) behaving in this way ripping her clothes and beating her chest, crying and lamenting in public. No, you will not find this, rather you will find they were extremely dignified and honourable, patient and in profuse remembrance of Allaah the All mighty as this is what is synonymous with their honour and position, from being from Ahlul Bayt. Yet again this is a sly hidden, deceptive conspiracy of the Raafidhah Shee’ah to secretly discredit the companions and the Ahlul Bayt.

In some instances the Raafidhah Shee’ah don’t change their clothes in these days nor wash believing and wanting to replicate the situation at karbala. They concoct false fabricated stories to make the affair more extravagant and increase the pity on the situation and all of this just to shift their blame from themselves because the Raafidhah Shee’ah know, it was themselves who actually martyred and unlawfully killed Hussain (RadhiAllaahu Anhu).

The shee’ah declare the all the companions to be disbelievers including the household members of the Messenger of Allaah (Sallalaahu Alayhee Wasallam) except 3 companions. Infact the Shee’ah Raafidhah twist this and say all the companions apostated after the demise of the Messenger of Allaah (Sallalaahu Alayhee Wasallam). Furthermore Shee’ah Raafidhah believe it is permissible and they encourage the cursing and abusing of the companions and this has continued from the very beginning.

In this day and age when Ahlus Sunnah Wal-Jama’ah have expounded and virtue and love of the companions overwhelmingly the Shee’ah Raafidhah have had no choice to manifest their deceptive behaviour and once again change their stance and approach. Now they say they were not disbelievers but inferior in virtue to Alee (RadhiAllaahu Anhu) and hence he had superiority over all companions and should have been the First Caliph.

Irrespective of what the Shee’ah Raafidhah say in this day and age it does not hold any value nor will their statements substantiate their beliefs due to them concealing their faith and lying, namely taqiyyah and kithman. Therefore in order to ascertain the beliefs of the Shee’ah Raafidhah it is important to consult and refer to their classical and unilateral works.

Kulainee reports from Ja’afar who said, “After the demise of the Messenger of Allaah (Sallalaahu Alayhee Wasallam) everyone apostated except 3 people and he said they were Miqdaad bin al-Aswad, Abu Dharr al-Ghiffaree and Salmaan al-Faarisee.” (Furoo al-Kaafee 69/137-138 of Kulainee)

Majlisee reports, “A servant of Alee (RadhiAllaahu Anhu) said to him, “I have served you well for a long time, please tell me about Abu Bakr (RadhiAllaahu Anhu) and Umar (RadhiAllaahu Anhu)? So he replied, “Both of them were Kaafirs (disbelievers) and whoever loves them is also a Kaafir (disbeliever).” (Bahaar al-Anwaar pg.522 of Majlisee)

Concerning the verse which mentions “Wa Yanha Anil Fahshaa Wal Munkar Wal-Baghya…” al-Qummee said in his explanation of the Quraan, “Fahshaa refers to Abu Bakr (RadhiAllaahu Anhu), Munkar refers to Umar (RadhiAllaahu Anhu) and baghya refers to Uthmaan (RadhiAllaahu Anhu).” (Tafseer al-Qummee pg.218)

Majlisee further said, “There are numerous and plenty of ahadeeth which allude to the kufr (disbelief) of Abu Bakr (RadhiAllaahu Anhu) and Umar (RadhiAllaahu Anhu), they also allude to the innovations they formulated. They also allude to acquiring reward for cursing and abusing them and for also disassociating and shunning them. These ahadeeth number so many that they can be compiled into one or many volumes.” (Bahaar al-Anwaar pg.330)

Majlisee says after citing a report that “Abu Bakr (RadhiAllaahu Anhu), Umar (RadhiAllaahu Anhu), Uthmaan (RadhiAllaahu Anhu) and Mu’awiyyah (RadhiAllaahu Anhu) will be in the depths of the hell fire.” (Bahaar al-Anwaar pg.334)

The Shee’ah Raafidhah author says, “Oh Allaah have mercy and shower your blessings upon Muhammad (Sallalaahu Alayhee Wasallam) and his Family and curse both (ie Abu Bakr and Umar (RadhiAllaahu Anhuma) the tyrannical idolaters and curse both of his daughters (ie Aishah and Hafsah (RadhiAllaahu Anhuma) except the Quraish.” (Ahqaaq al-Haqq 1/337)

Majlisee said in another work, “In the religion of Imaamiyyah (ie the Shee’ah Raafidhah who reject the Caliphate of Abu Bakr, Umar and Uthmaan (RadhiAllaahu Anhuma) and adopt The Imamate of Alee and the Imaams) the aspects which are considered to be necessary to believe in are Mut’a (temporary marriage) being halaal (ie lawful) and rejecting and shunning 3 people (ie Abu Bakr, Umar and Uthmaan (RadhiAllaahu Anhuma) similarly the same applies to Mu’awiyyah (RadhiAllaahu Anhu) and Yazeed ibn Mu’awiyyah (Rahimahullah) and from every individual who fought against the leader of the believers (ie Alee (RadhiAllaahu Anhu).” (Risaalah al-Ei’tiqaad pg.58 of Majlisee)

The Shee’ah Raafidhah on the day of Ashoora bring a dog which they call umar and they vehemently hit the dog with sticks and stones, until it dies. Then they bring a little goat which they name aishah and they pull its hair right out from the roots and hit it with their shoes and slippers until it also dies. (ASTAGFIRULLAHUl-A’DHEEM) (Tabdeed adh-Dhulaam Wa Tanbiyyah an-Niyaam pg.32)

Similarly they celebrate a day of festivities and feasts on the day Umar (RadhiAllaahu Anhu) was martyred and they give an honorary title to the cowardly assassin Abu Lulu al-Majoosee, as Baba Shuja ud deen (The Bold and Brave Saint of the Deen) (al-Kunaa Wa al-Qaab 2/55 of Abbaas al-Ajamee)

The simple question we have if the Shee’ah Raafidhah believe Abu Bakr, Umar and Uthmaan (RadhiAllaahu Anhuma) apostated, they were hypocrites and innovators (may the curse of Allaah be upon the liars) then why did Alee (RadhiAllaahu Anhu) and his the household name their children Abu Bakr, Umar and Uthmaan (RadhiAllaahu Anhuma)?

This clearly shows the Shee’ah Raafidhah are liars and they lie and the normal shee’ah masses get engulfed and subjugated with such beliefs without realising the true reality of such issues.

Be brave and leave these foolish concepts and know that one day you will die and face Allaah, do not think about what your family and friends will think if you abandon such beliefs and the shee’ah religion rather think what will happen on the day of judgement when Abu Bakr as-Siddeeque, Umar bin al-Khattaab, Uthmaan ibn Affaan and Alee bin Abee Taalib and all of the companions (May Allaah be pleased with all of them) are standing with the Messenger of Allaah (Sallalaahu Alayhee Wasallam) and your asked why were you cursing and abusing my companions?

We further ask the Shee’ah Raafidhah since when have they starting naming their children with names that belong to non muslims (according to their incorrect beliefs) its hypocritical and disillusional?

It is like the Shee’ah Raafidhah saying we will name our boys as salman rushdie, barack obama, george bush or tony blair or name our women as hirsi ali or amina wudud it does not make sense.

So claiming love for the household of the Messenger of Allaah (Sallalaahu Alayhee Wasallam) and at the same time cursing their children and offspring is indeed a great crime and a hidden agenda of the Shee’ah Raafidhah in belittling the companions and the Prophets household. This is clear proof against the Shee’ah Raafidhah who curse Abu Bakr, Umar and Uthmaan (RadhiAllaahu Anhuma) whereas the household of the Prophet (Sallalaahu Alayhee Wasallam) named their children with the same names, this warrants an answer from the Shee’ah Raafidhah

The following children of Alee (RadhiAllaahu Anhu) ibn Abee Taalib were martyred (May Allaah be pleased with them all):

Hussain, Ja’afar, Abbaas, Abu Bakr!!!, Muhammad, Uthmaan!!!

The following children of Hussain ibn Alee (RadhiAllaahu Anhu) were martyred:

Alee Akbar (some reports his name was Umar), Abdullaah

The Following children of Hasan ibn Alee (RadhiAllaahu Anhu) were martyred:

Abdullaah, Qaasim, Abu Bakr!!!

The Following children of Aqeel (RadhiAllaahu Anhu) ibn Abe Taalib were martyred:

Ja’afar, Abdullaah, Abdur Rahmaan, Muslim, Abdullaah ibn Muslim

The Following children of Abdullaah ibn Ja’afar (RadhiAllaahu Anhu) ibn Abe Taalib were martyred

A’un, Muhammad Ridhwaan (May Allaah be pleased with all of them)

(refer to Taareekh Khaleefah pg.224 of Ibn Khayaat)

Dear readers note why did the household of Alee (RadhiAllaahu Anhu) name their children Abu Bakr, Umar and Uthmaan, it is a point worth noting. This also shows clear enmity and animosity!

Shaykh Ali Taqi ibn Shaykh Ahmad ibn Zaynutdin al-Ihsai said:

And it came (in reports) that Allah in the night of al-Meraj didn’t speak with messenger of Allah except by the tongue (voice) of Ali, and Ali (was) tongue of messenger of Allah, said Taala:

So We have only made it easy in your tongue that you may give good news thereby to those who guard (against evil) and warn thereby a vehemently contentious people“. AND IF NOT ALI THERE WOULDN’T BE (ANY) EASY TO MESSENGER OF ALLAH (ANY) EASINESS. AND CALL WOULD’T BE MANIFESTATED TO HIM.

Ali, alaihi salam, said: “I am sign of  prophecy of Muhammad.” And (he) said: “There is no sign for Allah bigger than I, and no news greater than I.”

Indeed this is the belief of Shia Imamiyyah (Rawafidah). All kind of blasphemy the shias have invented against the Prophet (saw) and his Ahlul bayt (ra).

Allaahs’ praise of the Companions (ra) is widely mentioned in the Noble Qur’an. And their virtue and excellence is part of the creed of any Muslims. Surely we love what Allaah (swt) loves and we give precedence to whom Allaah (swt) gave precedence.

Allaah Azza wa Jaal said in the Noble Qur’an:

“The forerunners those who came first among the Migrators and the Helpers and those who followed them with the best. Allah is pleased with them and they are pleased with Him and Allah has prepared for them gardens beneath which rivers flow therein forever and that is the great success.”

[Suratu At-Tawbah 9:100]

And the Prophet (sallahAllaahu alayhi wasallam) said :

The best of my nation is my generation then those who follow them and then those who follow them.”  [Saheeh Bukhari]

Now, lets look at what the Rawaafidha Majoos belief of the Noble Companions:

The destructed one Ayatush-shaytaan Khomenie in his book al-Wasiyyah Siyasiya – page 27 says:

‘ I completely presume that the Iranian youth -in their millions of numbers- in this current time; they are better than the people of al-Hijaaz [Makkah & Madina and sorrounding areas] during the time of the Prophet (sallahAllaahu alayhi wasallam) !!!

And they are better than the people of Koofah in Iraaq during the time of the prince of believers [Alee] , and Husayn [may Allaah be pleased with both of them] … ’

End of his words !

So who do you believe; Allaah and then the Prophet (sallahAllaahu alayhi wasallam) who said the Companions (ra) are the best of people or this human devil who says such repungent words ?!

In this article we will sketch out some historical details which are based overwhelmingly upon Shia sources and outline the build up to the oppressive and unjust murder of al-Husayn, and then look at these Shia sources to see who actually murdered al-Husayn.
These books include: al-Shia wal-Aashooraa of Ridhaa Husayn Subh al-Husnee, Seerah al-A’immah al-Ithnaa Ashar by Haashim Ma’roof al-Husnee, al-Majaalis al-Faahkirah of Abd al-Husayn Sharaf al-Deen al-Mawsawi, Maqtal Husayn of Abd al-Razzaaq al-Mawsawi al-Muqrim, Muntahaa al-Aamaal of Abbaas al-Qummee, Alaa Khattay al-Husayn of Ahmad Raasim al-Nafees, al-Ihtijaaj of al-Tabarsee and numerous others.

After the death of Mu’awiyah (radiallaahu anhu) his son Yazid took power and he sent messengers from the seat of power (Shaam) to the various lands requesting that the prominent people there come under his obedience and give him the pledge of allegiance. Whilst the senior amongst the Companions came under his obedience, al-Husayn (and others such as Ibn al-Zubayr) did not do so for their reasons.

Promises of the Shia of Kufah. The Shia of Kufah would write to al-Husayn whilst he was in Makkah asking him to come to them to lead them, promising that they would render him obedience. Al-Husayn sent Muslim bin Aqeel to verify the matter in Kufah before embarking on his journey towards it.

Pledge of Allegiance. When Muslim bin Aqeel reached Kufah he was given a pledge of allegiance by 18,000 according to some and 40,000 by others (from Shia sources). He was hosted by Haani bin Urwah. Muslim bin Aqeel himself was apprehensive about this whole matter as he knew that these people had proven treacherous in the past (towards Alee bin Abi Taalib and al-Hasan) and are quick to change colour.

At the same time al-Nu’maan bin Basheer was already in Kufah having been it’s governor on behalf of Mu’aawiyah, and Yazeed had retained him in that position. However, al-Nu’maan, knowing of Muslim’s presence did not get involved or cause him any harm, and he did not wish to cause any divisions and hence, let this matter be.

Al-Husayn Leaves for Kufah. When this had taken place, Muslim wrote to al-Husayn informing of what had transpired, and that the people of Kufah had united behind him, and that they were now waiting for him, and that 80,000 had given him the pledge of allegiance. al-Husayn then set off for al-Kufah, though he was advised by the senior Companions not to leave, and they include Ibn Abbaas, Ibn Umar, Ibn al-Zubayr, Jaabir bin Abd Allaah, Abu Sa’eed al-Khudree, Abdullaah bin Amr bin al-Aas and also by his brother, Muhammad bin al-Hanafiyyah who warned him of the treachery of the Shia of Kufah towards his father and brother.

Even after at the point of setting out on the journey, both Ibn Abbaas and Muhammad bin al-Hanafiyyah pleaded with him not to go. However, it was in the decree of Allaah that he would remain firm upon his decision to leave. So he set out for Kufah.

Desertion and Treachery of the Shia. Meanwhile, when Ubayd Allaah bin Ziyaad entered Kufah the Shia who had pledged allegiance to Muslim bin Aqeel abandoned him until Muslim was left literally on his own. Muslim had in fact anticipated and feared this all along as he had known the dealings and history of these people with the Ahl al-Bayt previously. Muslim bin Aqeel, Haani bin Urwah and Abd Allaah bin Yaqtar were deserted by the Shia and were captured and killed by Ubayd Allaah bin Ziyaad.

The news of this reached al-Husayn in a letter (sent by Muslim bin Aqeel before being killed) in which it was stated that the Shia had abandoned and deserted them (Muslim bin Aqeel, Haani bin Urwah) and that whoever wished to turn back may turn back without any blame upon him. As a result the people (who had come with al-Husayn) began to depart and take to their own ways and their only remained with him his closest companions and his own household.

This is mentioned by the Shia in their works, from them Abbaas al-Qummee, Abd al-Razzaaq al-Mawsawi al-Muqrim, Baaqir Shareef al-Qurashee, Ahmad Raasim al-Nafees, Faadhil Abbaas al-Hayaawee, Shareef al-Jawharee, Asad Haydar, Muhsin al-Husaynee, Abd al-Haadee al-Saalih, Ridhaa al-Qazweenee and others.

Arriving at Karbalah. Upon hearing of the desertion and treachery of the Shia in Kufah, al-Husayn stopped proceeding towards Kufah and moved in the diretion of Shaam, coming to Karbalah. In the beginning of Muharram of that year (61H), al-Husayn arrived at Karbalah (Iraq), and the Shia of Kufah, after having deserted him, were stirring things against him. Al-Husayn gathered those with him and his household and delivered a sermon at Karbalah, and within it he reviled the Shia, calling them “taaghoots,” “throwers of the Book behind their backs,” “criminals,” “extinguishers of the Sunan,” “killers of the children of the Prophets,” “whose bellies are filled with haraam” and so on.

And this sermon is documented in the Shia works and its wording is agreed upon and cited by Ali bin Moosaa bin Taawoos, Abd al-Razzaaq al-Muqrim, Faadil Abbaas al-Hayaawee, Haadee al-Najafee, Hasan al-Saffaar, Muhsin al-Ameen, Abbaas al-Qummee and many others. It is here we now arrive at the murder of al-Husayn (radiallaahu anhu) by the criminals.

Ambush and Murder. Whilst he was in Karbalah there were discussions between him and Amr bin Sa’d (representing Ubayd Allaah bin Ziyaad) and al-Husayn implored him with one of three things, a) they take him to Yazeed (whom he knew would not kill him) or b) that he simply returns back to the Hijaaz or c) that they take him to one of the border regions of the Muslims where he will remain. But these were not accepted by Ubayd Allaah bin Ziyaad, and this eventually led to the battle at Karbala.

Amr bin Sa’d led the contingent from Kufah with Shammar bin Dhil-Jawshan and others (and they were all from the Shia of Kufah) and they surrounded him. Because they were overwhelmed in number and power, al-Husayn and those with him were killed, and the killer of al-Husayn was Shammar bin Dhil-Jawshan, from the Shia of Ali (radiallaahu anhu). Killed along with Husayn were other sons of Ali bin Abi Talib, from them (according to numerous Shia authorities themselves) Abu Bakr bin Ali, Umar bin Ali, Uthman bin Ali, and also Ali’s grandsons through al-Hasan, Abu Bakr bin al-Hasan bin Ali and Umar bin al-Hasan bin Ali.

Note: Have you just noticed the names of those killed from Ahl al-Bayt who were with al-Husayn?! Then you will understand why the lying Shia never mention their names when they tell their story of Karbala from the pulpit to an ignorant Shia audience! This is because the common Shia will realize that the Ahl al-Bayt loved the three caliphs so much they named their own children with their names!

Shia Authorities and Historians on Who Murdered al-Husayn

Shia authorities, historians and writers confirm that it was the Shia of Kufah, after deserting al-Husayn, and acting treacherously even though the pledge of allegiance they had given was still around their necks, came to kill him and take his family captive. The following quotes are all from Shia authorities.

The advice of Muhammad bin al-Hanafiyyah, the brother of al-Husayn, who said to al-Husayn:

O my brother, you already know the treachery of the people of Kufah towards your father and brother. And I fear that your affair will be the same as that of he who has already passed.” al-Malhoof of Ibn Tawoos (p. 39), Aashooraa of al-Ihsaa’ee (p. 115), al-Majaalis al-Faakhirah of Abd al-Husayn (p. 75), Muntahaa al-Aamaal of Abbaas al-Qummee (1/454).]

The saying of al-Husaynabout the Shia of Kufah:

O Allaah, judge between us and between a people who requested us to aid us, but who then killed us. [Muntahaa al-Aamaal of Abbaas al-Qummee (1/535)]

The Shia writer, Husayn al-Kawraani writes:

The people of Kufah did not suffice with splitting from al-Imaam al-Husayn, but the result of their changing their colours led to a third position which is that they began to prepare to depart to Karbalah in order to wage war against al-Imaam al-Husayn (alayhis salaam). And in Karbala they would hasten (racing each other) to take up their positions, those which pleased Shaytan and which anger al-Rahmaan (Allaah). For example we find that Amr bin al-Hajjaaj who only yesterday was prominent in Kufah as if he was the guardian of the sanctuary of Ahl al-Bayt, and a defender of them, and the one who led an army to save Haani bin Urwah, went on to stomach (gulped) all of his apparent position(s) in order to accuse al-Imam al-Husayn of exiting from the religion, let us reflect upon the following text: “And Amr bin al-Hajjaaj used to say to his companions, ‘Fight the one who exited from the religion and separated from the jamaa’ah (meaning al-Husayn)…’.” Fee Rihaab al-Karbalaa (pp. 60-61)

And al-Kawraani also writes:

And we find another stance indicating the hypocrisy of the people of Kufah, Abd Allaah bin Hawzah al-Tameemi came in front of al-Imaam al-Husayn (alayhis salaam) and shouted, “Is Husayn amongst you?” Yet he was from the people of Kufah and only yesterday was he from the Shia (party) of Alee (alayhis salaam) and it is possible that he was from amongst those who wrote to al-Imaam (al-Husayn) or from the group of Shabath and others who wrote (to al-Husayn from Kufah)… then he (comes and says) “O Husayn, receive glad tidings of the Fire…”! [Fee Rihab al-Karbalaa (p. 61)]

And another Shia author, Murtadaa Mutahhiree writes, answering the question he asks himself: How did the people of Kufah embark on fighting al-Husayn(alayhis salaam) despite their love of him and their sentimental attachment to him?:

And the answer is the awe and fear which had taken root upon the people of Kufah in general since the time of Ziyad and Mu’awiyah, and which increased and grew to alarming proportions upon the arrival of Ubayd Allaah [bin Ziyaad] who upon arrival immediately killed Maytham al-Timaar, Rasheed, Muslim and Haani … [al-Malhamah al-Husayniyyah (3/47-48)]

The Shia, Kaadhim al-Ihsaa’ee al-Najafee says:

The army that set out to wage war against al-Imaam al-Husayin (alayhis salaam) were 300,000 (in number) all of them were from the people of Kufah. There was not amongst them any Shaamee, Hijaazee, Hindee, Baakistaanee, Sudaanee, Misree, or Afreeqee. Rather, all of them were from the people of Kufah and they had gathered together from many diverse tribes. [Aashooraa (p. 89)]

The Shia historian, Husayn bin Ahmad al-Baraaqee al-Najafee said:

Al-Qazweenee said: And from that which for which scorn was shown to the people of Kufah was that they reviled al-Hasan bin Ali (alayhimaa as-salaam), and killed al-Husayn (alayhis salaam) after they themselves had invited him (to be their leader). [Taareekh al-Kufah (p. 113)]

And the Shia reference point, Aayat Allaah al-Udhmaa Muhsin al-Ameen said:

Then 20,000 from the people of Iraq who had given the pledge of allegiance to al-Husayn acted treacherously to him, revolted against him whilst their pledge of allegiance was around their necks, and killed him.

And Jawaad Muhdithee said:

And Imaam al-Hasan was faced by them with treachery, and Muslim bin Aqeel was killed unjustly whilst in their midst and al-Husayn was killed whilst languishing in Karbala, close to Kufah and at the hands of the army of Kufah.

Numerous Shia authorities, from their Shaykhs, quote from Ali bin al-Husaynbin Ali bin Abi Taalib (known as Zayn al-Aabideen) that he addressed the Shia who deserted his father and killed him, reviling them, saying:

O people, we implore you by Allaah, do you know that you wrote to my father and you deceived him and you gave him the pledge, the covenant, and you killed him and deserted him? So may you perish for what you have sent forth for yourselves, and for your evil opinionn. With which eye will you look towards the Messenger of Allaah (sallallaahu alayhi wa aalihi wa sallam) when he says to you, “You killed my family, and you violated my sanctity, so you are not from me.” [Al-Tabarsee in al-Ihtijaaj (2/32), Ibn Taawoos in al-Malhoof (p. 92), al-Ameen in al-Lawaa’ij al-Ashjaann (p. 158), Abbaas al-Qummee in Muntahaa al-Aamaal (1/572), Husayn Kawrani in Fee Rihaab al-Karbalaa (p. 183), Abd al-Razzaaq al-Muqrim in Maqtal Husayn ((p. 317), Murtadaa Iyaad in Maqtal Husayn (p. 87) and Ridhaa al-Qawzeenee in Tadhlim al-Zahraa (p. 262), Abbaas al-Qummee in Nafs al-Mahmoom (p. 360)]

And when Ali bin al-HusaynZayn al-Aabideen (rahimahullaah) saw the people of Kufah wailing and crying, he rebuked them, saying:

You wail and cry for us, so who are the ones who killed us? [Maqtal Husayn of Murtadaa Iyaad (p. 83), Tadhlim al-Zahraa of al-Qazweenee (p. 257) and al-Malhoof of Ibn Taawoos (p. 86), Nafs al-Mahmoom of Abbaas al-Qummee (p. 357)]

And in another narration that he was passing by them and he was ill and he said in a weak voice:

Are you wailing and crying for us? Who are the ones who killed us? [Abbaas al-Qummee in Muntahaa al-Aamaal (1/570)]

And in another narration that he said:

These people cry over us but who killed us other than them? [Al-Ihtijaaj of al-Tabarsee (2/29)]

And Shia sources quoted Umm Kulthum bint Ali (radiallaahu anhumaa) as saying:

O people of Kufah, disgrace upon you. What is with you that you deserted Husayn and killed him and you plundered his wealth and inherited it, and you took his women as captives, and you caused him distress. May you perish and may you be annihilated … what burden have you carried upon your backs and which blood have you shed … you killed the best of men after the Prophet (sallallaahu alayhi wa aalihi) and mercy has been snatched from your hearts. [Nafs al-Mahmoom (p. 262), Maqtal Husayn of al-Muqrim (p. 316), Lawaa’ij al-Ashjaan (p. 157) and others.]

And the Shia, Asad Haydar quotes from Zaynab bint Ali bin Abi Taalib (radiallaahu anhumaa), which is also mentioned by al-Tabarsee in al-Ihtijaaj(2/29-30):

أما بعد يا أهل الكوفة، يا أهل الختل والغدر والخذل .. إنما مثلكم كمثل التي نقضت غزلها من بعد قوة أنكاثاً، هل فيكم إلا الصلف والعجب والشنف والكذب .. أتبكون أخي؟! أجل والله فابكوا كثيراً واضحكوا قليلاً فقد ابليتم بعارها .. وانى ترخصون قتل سليل خاتم النبوة

To proceed, O people of Kufah, O people of deception, treachery and desertion … your example is like she who spins (yarn) only to break it after its strength. Is there anything in you but bragging, amazement, rank hatred and lying … do you cry for my brother?! Yes, by Allaah, cry much and laugh little, for you have been put to trial through its infamy … and how do you consider cheap the killing of the descendant of the Seal of the Prophethood. [Ma’al-Husayn Fee Nahdatihi (p. 295)]

Muhsin al-Ameen al-Husaynee al-Aaamilee says in his book “Fee Rihaab A’immah Ahl al-Bayt” (1/9):

Zahar bin Qays, he participated in the [battles] of al-Jamal and Siffeen with Ali (alayhis salaam), and Shabath bin Rub’ee and Shammar bin Dhil-Jawshan al-Diyaabee also witnessed [the battle] of Siffeen with him. Then they waged war against al-Husayn (alayhis salaam) on the day of Karbalaa, so it was an evil end (soo’ al-khaatimah) for them and we seek refuge in Allaah from the evil end.

And in the book al-Irshaad of the well-known and famous Shia scholar, al-Shaykh al-Mufeed (2/95-96 onwards) mentions those who set out to fight and kill Husayn:

وأصبح عمر بن سعد في ذلك اليوم وهو يوم الجمعة وقيل يوم السبت، فعبأ أصحابه وخرج فيمن معه من الناس نحو الحسين عليه السلام وكان على ميمنته عمرو بن الحجاج، وعلى ميسرته شمر بن ذي الجوشن، وعلى الخيل عروة بن قيس، وعلى الرجالة شبث بن ربعي، وأعطى الراية دريدا مولاه

And Umar bin Sa’d arose that morning, and it was the day of Jumu’ah (Friday), and it is said it was Saturday and he mobilized his companions, and then set out with those people who were with him towards the direction of al-Husayn (alayhis salaam), and on his right was Amr bin al-Haaj, and on his left was Shammar bin Dhil-Jawshan, and in charge of the horsemen was Urwah bin Qays and in charge of the infantry was Shabath bin Rub’ee and he gave the flag to Durayd, his mawlaa.

Then over the next twenty or so pages he gives an account of the fighting, culminating in the killing of al-Husayn(radiallaahu anhu) by Shammar bin Dhil-Jawshan.

The sayings of Ahl al-Bayt to the Shia of Kufah, You wail and cry over us, yet you are the ones who killed us exposes the fraud, scam and sham that underlies the deen of the Shia which is based upon a ridiculous type of hatred and it is a sign of the lack of intelligence and of simple-mindedness (or otherwise a sign of the deranged maniac-like nature) of those who knowing full well that their own Shia ancestry killed al-Husayn (radiallaahu anhu), harbour the greatest of resentment and hatred towards those who do not share in their simpleton type understanding of history and do not share in their bloodthirsty type of rage, based upon a fake display of anger for the blood of al-Husayn, for they (their Shia ancestors) are the very people who killed al-Husayn after deserting him and being treacherous to him.

Then this fake wailing, lamenting and crying became one of the bidahs of the Shia to this day of ours. Refer to the book “Man Qatala al-Husayn” by Abd Allaah bin Abd al-Azeez (Cairo) for further information.

Shiaism (The Rafidah) and Islam are indeed different religions. This sect has developed into what we now know as the Shia whose beliefs and thoughts are repugnant beyond belief. The divergence of Shiaism from Islaam can be summarized from the books which they consider most authentic, and the statements of their most respected scholars.

Some of the proofs are available on this page Most of the Muslim UMMAH and Western scholars have very little genuine and reliable knowledge of SHIA beliefs and practices. However, most of the openly declared SHIA beliefs revolve around The Concept of Imamah, the superiority of Ali (May Allah be pleased with him), and the so-called love of the Prophet’s family members. As a result, the intense love that Sunni Muslims carry for the Prophet’s family members combined with the magnanimous personality of Ali has led some Sunnis to accept Shia’s as part of the Muslim UMMAH.

However, the brutal fact remains that under the pretense of Ali’s Superiority and the so-called love of the Prophet’s family members, Shias have literally evolved an entirely new religion, grossly distorted the teachings of the Holy Qur’ân, and completely rejected the sanctity and authenticity of the Hadeeth. They have elevated the sayings of their imams to the level of the Prophet’s sayings and have classified them as Hadeeth.

For all practical purposes, they reject the most authentic sayings of the Prophet (Peace be upon him) and base their religion on the so-called Hadeeth attributed to their Imaams. By doing so they have rejected one of the most fundamental principles of Islam: The law can only be derived from the sayings and actions of the Prophet (Peace be upon him), not any other human being.

The Saba’iyyah, a sect of the Rawafid, emerged in the time of `Ali and told `Ali he was God. `Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) burned some of them to death as a result. Later, the Rawafid split into many groups like: The Zaydis, Imamis, Kaysaniyyas, Qaddahiyyas  and Exaggerators (Ghullat). Some people asked Imam Zayd ibn `Ali to disavow Abu Bakr and `Umar. He would not do so, and some people refused his decision, and deserted him, thereby becoming known as Rawafid, which means : the Refusers, the Rejecters.

Those who stayed with him became known as the Zaydis, and so they are technically not of the Rawafid. The exaggerators are not Muslims, these Raafidi (Shia) actually descend from Abu Lu’luah Majoosi (a Persian fire worshipper) and Abdullaah ibn Saba’ (a Jew). However they are more dangerous from the Christians themselves. Christians fight Islaam face to face (if they did) while Rafidiyah stab Islam from its back they have lot of Absurdities in their beliefs like Badah, Rajah, Mutah, Taqiyyah, etc

The Zaydis, Imamis and exaggerators split up further, with each group accusing the other of kufr. The Zaydis split into three groups: Jarudis, Sulaymanis and Butris. They all agreed on the leadership of Imam Zayd ibn `Ali ibn al-Husayn when he revolted at the time of Hisham ibn `Abdul-Malik.

They are the closest of the Shiah to Ahlus-Sunnah; they merely maintain that `Ali had more right to the Caliphate, but they do not claim that he was explicitly appointed as Caliph by the Prophet (may Allah bless him and his Household and grant them peace), and hence they accept the Caliphates of Abu Bakr, `Umar and `Uthman. The Kisanis split into two groups: one claimed that Muhammad ibn Hanafiyyah, a son of `Ali, is still alive and that he is the Mahdi; the other group say he died and passed on the leadership.

The Imamis and exaggerators split into fifteen groups, among which are the Ja`faris/Ithna `Asharis (Twelvers) and the Isma`ilis. The exaggerators claimed divinity for their Imams, permitted all sorts of haram things, and in short dismissed the obligations of shari`ah.

Below we have more then 100 Articles exposing Shia’s using their own books and writings with detailed sources so that they don’t deny it. These references are copied from the religious books of Shiite religion. While translating them we have asked forgiveness of Allah many times, for, these are very much annoying for any Muslim to read. Neither I personally wish anyone to have them but to save the innocent simple Muslims from the Shiites (Raafidah) it was necessary to write them and forward them to our fellow Muslims so that they can know the real terrifying beliefs of Shiites.

Additionally I have also listed some articles about Ismailism and the Agakhanis; one of the more deviant groups within the Shia religion they are an offshoot of the Raafidah (Shiah) and share some of their characteristics. Aga Khan is their supreme leader and, in their view, has characteristics and attributes similar to those of Allaah.

And Lastly The Prophet  said: “Whoever abuses my Companions, upon them is the curse of Allah, the Angles and all the people” (Saheeh, At-Tabaranee)

For those who feel that speaking against this deviant pseudo-Islamic group is waste of time ….First read this then go ahead with other Articles pertaining to Shiite and Shiaism

This is what ’Ali bin al-Husein (rah) said to the Shia straight away from the book al-Ihtijaj volume 2 pages 305-306 by al-Sheikh al-Mufid:

Huthaym bin Shurayk al-Asadi said:

Zain al-’Abideen (as) came out to address the people and he waved his hand at them so they would stop talking and they did. As he stood he praised Allah and thanked him and sent greetings upon his prophet, he then said:

“O people, some of you know me and some do not! for he who does not know me then I am ‘Ali son of al-Husein who was slaughtered near al-Furat, I am the son of the one whose women were insulted and his family was robbed, I am the son of the one who died while he was patient, that is more than enough for me to be proud.”

“O people, I ask you by Allah do you know that you wrote to my father and tricked him? You gave him the oath and promised him allegiance then you fought him and let him down so Damn you and your choice! How dare you look at the prophet SAWS when he says “you killed my progeny and violated my sanctity, you are not of my nation!”

The people’s voices had risen as they cried and said to each other: “We have perished.”

(…they then pledged loyalty to him and assured him of his obedience…)

‘Ali bin al-Husein responded: “No chance! no chance! you back-stabbers and schemers…”

(…until he said to them…)

“…I only ask of you that you do not support us or oppose us!”

(then he recited some poetry).

– END –
